Mrs. Jheanell Condappa Arnold, RM, Cert. (Nursing Management)

Mrs. Jheanell Condappa Arnold is a Registered Midwife and Midwife Manager at the Kingston and St. Andrew Health Department, South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA), with nineteen years of dedicated service in the midwifery profession. She currently brings this wealth of leadership to her role as a Council Member, where she acts as a member of the Legislative Committee and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, providing key governance, accountability, and financial management oversight.

She received her Certificate in Midwifery from the Kingston School of Nursing. To strengthen her administrative capabilities, Mrs. Condappa Arnold later obtained a Certificate in Nursing Management from the Ministry of Health and Wellness In-Service Education Unit and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from the Hugh Shearer Labour Studies Institute, UWI. In furtherance of her midwifery practice, she also obtained training in Intra-Uterine Contraceptive Device Management from the National Family Planning Board and a Certificate in Infant Nutrition from Johns Hopkins University.

In her current management role, she coordinates public midwifery and reproductive health services across Kingston and St. Andrew. She is an active member of the Jamaica Midwives Association and remains committed to public welfare and community development through her service as a Director of the Optimist Club.
